Luiz Américo Gaudenzi was born and educated in Architecture and Urban
Planning in the city of Rio de Janeiro.
He worked in Europe between 1971 and 1980.
In Germany: – at AGIPLAN, Aktiengesellschaft Fur Industrieplanung.
In Spain: – with his own office with Alfonso Nicholls Giraldo – BC estudio.
He has designed PROJECTS and provided CONSULTING SERVICES:
In BRAZIL – Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Brasília, Rio Grande do Sul, Bahia, Espírito Santo, Minas Gerais, Pernambuco, Rio Grande do Norte, Ceará, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul and Rondonia. in ABROAD – Spain, Germany, Italy, Switzerland and Morocco.
In the following areas: ARCHITECTURE: Residential; Tourism Industry; Industrial; Commercial; Rural; Interior; Furniture Design;
TECHNOLOGY: Identification of the most appropriate technology for each project; project support; solutions and design of custom components; development of prefab construction methods; construction optimization;
PLANNING: Marinas, resorts, and condominiums; hospitality and tourism development plans; coordination of feasibility studies for tourism projects; production and assembly programming for prefab construction methods;
